The Palace of the Virreina shows its main facade on the Ramblas of Barcelona. It was the residence of virrei of Peru, Manuel Amat and Junyent, in his last years of life. It works at the moment as host of the Institute of Culture of Barcelona and the rooms of the ground floor and first stage welcome temporary exhibitions of art of the city.
